We have a fully-meshed FC SAN topology with two NetApp 3040 clusters and two Cisco MDS 9140s. Each host holds two Qlogic HBAs that are connected to each switch. No ISL. Now, all the igroups have been created and the LUNs are all mapped accordingly. All of the zones are up and running on each MDS switch. The hosts can see the LUNs. We want the ability to specify the LUN IDs through the switch. Cisco's Fabric Manager, for some reason, does not discover those SCSI targets. It discovers the adapters on the filers, but does not list the LUN IDs. I am posing the same question to our NetApp support group, but I wanted to make sure there I have not missed something on the Cisco side.
