How long was the switch up before it reset?

I am not sure about how long the switch was ON but as I remember, it was a new setup. So uptime can not be more that 2-3 Months.

Ok. It doesn't sound like the 497 day issue. Were there any core files or anything else in the logs? Was a case opened with Cisco support?

Also as this is Gen 2 switch, it doesn't sound like the know OHMS bug either. I'd recommend a case with Cisco support.
