Hi,

I have two 9509 in ISL. I installed the San Ext. over IP license (purchased by customer):

FM_SERVER_PKG No - In use Grace 27D 1H

MAINFRAME_PKG No - Unused -

ENTERPRISE_PKG No - Unused -

DMM_FOR_SSM_PKG No 0 Unused -

SAN_EXTN_OVER_IP No 0 Unused -

PORT_ACTIVATION_PKG No 0 Unused -

SME_FOR_IPS_184_PKG No 0 Unused -

SAN_EXTN_OVER_IP_18_4 No 0 Unused -

SAN_EXTN_OVER_IP_IPS2 Yes 1 Unused never -

SAN_EXTN_OVER_IP_IPS4 No 0 Unused -

10G_PORT_ACTIVATION_PKG No 0 Unused -

STORAGE_SERVICES_ENABLER_PKG No 0 Unused -

but I found the FM_Sever in grace period, is it normal?

Nobody did actions on these switches, why I have this advise?

Can I delete the grace period?

May I have some problems at the end of this period?

The FM_Server is the Fabric Manager Server which provides additional services on top of the basic Fabric Manager tool. By default, each switch is given a trial version of this software. Unless you are really interested in what the full Fabric Manager Server can offer, you can ignore it.
