I need to configure a nexxus 5010 to the MDS 9222i so it can see our SAN. Is it as simple as configuring the connectivity ports as trunks and allowing our existing VSAN on the MDS 9222i to be seen across the trunk. Is there anything I need to be careful about before I try this. I have identified the ports and will be dedicating bandwith to these ports. I am accustomed to working on the MDS and creating zones and zonesets. I know on the 5010 I will have to put the port on the VSAN that I trunked over from the MDS. From there will I see the WWN on the MDS and be able to create the zone and zonesets from there. Thanks in advance for any help I can get on this.
