Hi Guys
I work in a data recovery company. We have Linksys NSS4000 and we can't access to files.
Client told us, that It's a raid5 created from 4x500 HDD. Disks are joined with LVM2 and formatted with XFS file system.
HDD's (3th and 4th) had many bad sectors and died day by day as wee saw in logs
We clone disks and ran nss with our disks.
I selected "raid" and i started that raid
and....
So i created clones once again (from dd's RAW files). Switching to Debian and mdadm
I assemble raid array with "force" option
mdadm --detail /dev/md/0 looks like:

There is no file system. and no data connected with lvm! I checked lvscan, vgscan etc and nothing...
How to recovery data? There is no any backup, so please don't propose that ;-)
I will very appreciated if you'll give me some new clues, another leads. I can't sleep already, I waking up every night and move my fingers to "m d a d m" key combination....
