port-channel1 is down (BPDUGuard errDisable)

Hello All,

I am experiencing a problem while trying to create port-channel interface. The interface did not come up. If i look at the

show interface port-channel ,

c5548p-3# show interface port-channel 1

Adding few more information

It is a c5548p switch with fimware 5.2(1)N1(1)

without the configuration of the prot hard to say BPDUGuard is enabled when a port is is portfast mode. The port then shuts down when a BPDU is received. What is at the other end of the port-channel?
