Problem with NT Driver?

Hello,

I test the storage solution with a SN5438 switch. The switch is running last version 2.5.1-K9 The SN5428 is directly connected to an Hitachi

I have an NT server with service pack6a and driver 2.1.2

Actually the SN5438 could find the disk :

[SN5428]$ sh dev

The NT server is connected to the Sn5428 (all status OK)

[SN5428]$ sh scsi sn5428 host

But I am unable to find the disk on the NT server. Someone could help me ?

Re: Problem with NT Driver?

It seem that my iscsi driver is in LOGIN status. It should be in ACTIVE status. I dont find what is wrong with my configuration. I tried lots of different TARGET (by LUN, WWPN,..) but it doesnot change anything because the driver could not established.

Thanks to help me.

Re: Problem with NT Driver?

Jean-Luc,

Could you check that the access list for your target is configured to allow access by your host? You could set it to "any" to make sure.

Re: Problem with NT Driver?

Hello,

thanks you for your answer. I redo all configuration with command line instead of Browser and finaly I undertood the ACL configuration.

It was effectively the ACL to change. With the storage, putting ACL to "none" mean no access !!!!

Thank you

Jean-Luc
