Hi all,


I just would like to ask help from anyone here in the forum. Here's the log or find attached.

Is the module slot 1 and 7 needs replacement or just upgrading OS can do? Please need your advises regarding this.

I suggest that you open a case with Cisco TAC on this. This could be either the modules, or one of the supervisors that are causing the sync loss. In either case, I doubt that it is software related. Let TAC review the error logs and make a suggestion.
