General question : what is the purpose of this command - when one would like to use it ?

Are you sure that a comman called "SPF Static" exists? As far as I know, there is no such command

hi,

from what I understand, it changes internal way of computing paths for fspf. I suppose "dynamic" is Cisco enhanced, static is standard-base. I would also like to know, when do we need to change this (when we start to have interoperability problems?).
