We have four MDS switches here and one of them keeps asking for "Switch CLI Credentials" when I run "Show Tech Support" from Device Manager. The other three work fine. When I put the correct username & password it still comes back with the same error.
All four switches use the same username and password and I get into DM & FM using these credential's. I Also get into CLI by the same way. I can open DM on this switch using the same credential's but get the error when trying to run "Show Tech-Support".
