Test trap from Fab Mgr 3.0 returns SNMP errno = 9

I am executing the command

test pfm test-SNMP-trap

on an MDS9216i running Fabric Manager 3.0(3). This only returns

Test Trap TEMP SNMP errno = 9

and doesn't generate a trap. Does anyone have any ideas what errno 9 is?

The message "errno = 9" specifies that "Bad file number" is the reason for the error.

What files are implied? The command doesn't specify any files in particular. Is there any documentation to explain this?
