Got the error message "trunknotfullyactive" after our FCIP ISL went down and came back up. Tried a Zone merge but still not luck. There is no differences I can see between the Vsan's, on each switch but they are still saying "Segmented" in Fabric Manager.

Found the answer, two of the Vsan's were different between the switches. Did a Zoneset Import for both Vsan's and it did the trick.
