eigrp unicast communication

Could anyone advice me which protocal and port number used when router use eigrp with unicast commnunication, using neighbour command.

Any comments will be appricated

Protocol number remains the same (EIGRP Protocol # 88).

What changes is the destination from multicast IP to unicast IP.
