Jumbo Frames on Vlan 1

We have a 3750-E and have enabled the MTU Jumbo frames command but are seeing issues with some machines not actually sending jumbo frames. Our SAN Vendor says that a 3750 cannot do Jumbo Frames on VLAN 1. Is this True? Is there a workaround?

I'm not aware of any issues with vlan 1 in particular. Can your SAN vendor point to you to any specific documents that verify this ?.

Without wishing to state the obvious if vlan 1 cannot do this could you not reallocate the machines into a different vlan.

Before you did that though i would check with Cisco - TAC maybe.
