Nexus FEX Issues

Hi All,

Good day.

I need some assistance in regards to a nexus 2232 fex device.I have swapped the FEX PSU with a local spare.  The FEX did not restart after the replacement.  I re-seated the second PSU shortly after, and the FEX re-started.  Can you please advise if this is an expected behaviour?

The fex is also having receiving a power of 396.0W instead of the ussual 792.00W power.

Hi,

No, that is not the expected behavior.  The first time you inserted the PSU in the slot, it probably was not all the way in, but the second time was.

Thanks for the update. It was indeed a hardware failure where we had to replace both the PSU's.
