I recently started working at a new place and I am trying to understand the network config.
There are 2 48 port 9300 switches in place, running the latest firmware.
They are running a single 1gb trunk port between the switches, but when I dig into the config I see a bunch of stacking commands, even though no stacking cable is being used. When you do a show run on one switch it shows 2 switches worth of ports.
Ideally I want to remove the stack config and do a 10gb fiber trunk between the switches.
Is there a way to remove the stack config without downing the switch?
