Port security "reset" - GUI?

Is there a product out there that Helpdesk can use to reset a port security issue.

Typically a call is placed to the helpdesk who in turn hand it off to the engineers. This happens numerous times per day...is there a GUI or simple manaagment system that we could give the helpdesk access just to reset port security, view up/down ports etc but nothing more.

You can set users to privilege levels that define certain administrative roles:

example:

username helpdesk privilege 3 secret fred
enable secret 3 stan

aaa authentication login default local
aaa authorization console
aaa authorization exec default local if-authenticated

privilege exec level 3 configure terminal
privilege configure level 3 interface
privilege interface all level 3 shutdown
privilege interface all level 3 no shutdown
 

or without aaa authentication

line vty xx
login local
