Problems with Multicast storm control

Working with Catalyst 2960 IOS IOS 12.2(40)SE, when confire "storm-control multicast level 30" on ports 1000Base-SX some times the port goes to err-disable state with a log message of multicast storm on port.

The level of multicast traffic on this port never reach the 30% but the port goes to err-disable state

How are you measuring multicast traffic ?

You can potentially send 300Mbps of multicast traffic if you have a lot of requests for multicast feeds.
