Does anyone know if there is an RFC for the VQP? I am thinking of creating a Windows VMPS server but need the details on how the protocol works.

Brian,
There is not RFC for VMPS as it is a Cisco proprietry protocol. IEEE has GVRP for the same reuirement but I couldnt find an official RFC for the same.
