Hi,
the show controllers utilization command always show 0 counters on a 3560 switch. Does anyone know why what could be the cause of it ?
Many thanks,
Laszlo

The "show controllers utilization" command shows only the instantaneous load on the switch or specific ports. You may just try to use the combination of the following commands to get the statistics for the ports:
show controllers utilization
show interfaces counters
show controllers ethernet-controller

Hello,
many thanks for the answer, this helps interpret the numbers. However, I hardly believe that a switch aggregating the traffic of 8 servers and nearly 100 workstations, running RSTP and a lot of processes can work with zero utilization - even instataneous, can yo ? This is a fairytale.
I rather think this is another nice lying feature of the CLI (just like qos policy-map interface counters).
