Total Mac Address Space Available

Hi,

we know that the Total Mac Address Space Available for Cisco 2950 switches is 8192. What is that number for Cisco 2980G switches? At http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps606/products_data_sheet09186a0080092688.html it says:

Switching Specifications

? MAC Addresses: 16,00

...

It must be an error, I suppose. Is it 16.000? Appreciate your help,

The MAC Addresses supported on Catalyst 2948G is given as 16000. So the correct value could be either 1600 or 16000. I think 1600 is the correct value.

After a lot of google search I found out this:

It says that the Address Table can hold 16K MACs. You ment 16.000 (16 thousand), yes?
