VPN Lan to Lan - Is it possible encapsulate DECNET on it ?

Is it possible transport DECNET on this VPN configuration ?

Traditional IPSec is for unicast IP traffic and therefore will not transport DECNET traffic. You should, however, be able to configure a GRE tunnel, send the DECNET through the GRE tunnel, and apply IPSec on the GRE packets.
