While Doing The CUG Call Not Able To See Video On Cisco 8845 IP Phone

Hi ,

We are facing one problem while doing CUG dialing from Cisco IP video phone we can able to hear audio but not able to see video on model no 8845. Phones which are facing issue is registered in CUCM via MPLS link.

Can anyone had face this same problem?

you can install the latest device pack on all servers followed by a cluster reboot to get the option to add 8845 , you can check the read me file for load info which also confirms the support for 8845

Subscriber install is the same as Publisher install, you just need to specify the subscriber details under System > Server on the Publisher page before you go ahead with the install

Just you should read the install guides if this is the first time you are attempting an install to get a better understanding..

Hello,

 

which firmware are you running ? There is a bug in 11.0(1). If you are running this firmware version, upgrade to 11.5(1.13).
