Windows Network Neighborhood doesn't show computers from another IP subnet

I'm at a loss here. I have two ASAs with VPN tunnels in between. First site IP subnet 192.168.1.x/24 has a Win2003 DC and PCs, and the second site IP subnet 192.168.2.x/24 has PCs. All PCs are joined into one domain. I can ping hosts between sites by name (DNS). If I go to network neighborhood I can only see computers from the local site. Customer wants to see computers from both sites. Does anyone know what's the trick here (microsoft's obviously)?

Could be a windows firewall causing this ! May be worth trying by disabling it temporarily.

it's not that for sure
