Cisco Router or Switch as a DHCP Relay Agent Option 82 Circuit -id Insertion

Can anyone provide me with a working and properly running configuration of a cisco router or switch acting as a dhcp relay agent which inserts circuit -id when it receives a client request and adds gi-addr , and forwards it to the dhcp server (I have it already running which is capable of option 82), so that based on this circuit -id the dhcp server can provide an ip address to the client ?

Scenario : DHCP CLIENT ------- CISCO (DHCP RELAY AGENT) ------ DHCP SERVER

I have tried configuring it but not getting the results.

Thankyou in advance.
