Hello all,
The docs for Unity Connection 9.x show this erroneous config location for
setting the following;
Quota Handling for Outside Caller Messages
By default, if an outside caller attempts to send a message to a user whose send/receive quota has been exceeded, Cisco Unity Connection allows the caller to record a message for the recipient. You can change this behavior by checking the Full Mailbox Check for Outside Caller Messages check box on the System Settings > Advanced > Conversation page.

When the actual config has moved to this location;
Quotas are not enforced for messages left by outside callers if the "Full Mailbox Check for Outside Caller Messages" check box is not checked. This check box appears on the Message Storage > Mailbox Quotas page.

It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice to see the documentation get corrected for the next release.
Cheers!
Rob
