Had configured a cisco EX90 with a static ip address of 172.19.100.40 and after a few days, when trying to connect the EX90 to the network, it was going to the maintenance mode and was giving an error like " The system has encountered with a problem and contact with the system admin." Tried the Factory reset also, but it was giving the same error.
What could be the possible reason for this..??

It is possible the software of configuration has been corrupted somehow.
Usually re-installing or upgrading the software on the codec fixes the issue.
