Guide for installing Windows server 2012 and SQL for TMS

I am looking for a guide that shows the exact steps to install windows server 2012 R2 on vsphere as well as SQL express for TMS 15.3. I have found some guides online however they state different steps. Is there one specifically for TMS installation?

Just create a VM with the specifications mentioned in the TMS 15.3 Install Guide.  Once you have the VM created, boot from your Windows 2012 R2 .iso and install Windows as you would normally.  For SQL, this can be installed on the TMS server or on an external server separate from TMS, just be sure to configure it per the TMS install guide with the correct database name and settings.
