Upgarding license for PGW2200

I have a Cisco PGW2200 & two Cisco AS5850s, which have PGW 2200 - DS0 Right-To-Use (RTU) Licenses for 5000 ports for PGW2200.

Now I add two AS5850s.

Question:

1. I will buy PGW 2200 - DS0 Right-To-Use (RTU) Licenses 5000 ports for PGW2200 when we add two AS5850s, right ?

2. Is it hardcopy license or key license ?
