Whre can i find the Call history on VCS

Hello,

The eventlog and Call history cab ve viewed via the webpage. But how can i download the complet eventlog file and call history frim the VCS via SFTP (WinSCP) ?

Please specify the location.

Hello, Firdaush

You can add syslog sever in Maintanance>Logging and recieve information which you need.
For Call History Logging you need activate CDR logging on this page.

In which file ,can i see the call details logs?

I think this type of data would be stored within the VCS database, wouldn't be contained within a file that you can download.  You'd have to either access it through the VCS web interface, use a syslog server as Oleksandr mentions which then you can use to create an output of your choosing, or if you use TMS to create CDR reports based on the VCS.

after upgrading from 7.3.3 to 8.0.1, history.xml appears to be missing. we are now receiving an http error "404 not found". Anyone know what this changed to? I can't find anything documented so far. 

I'm running VCS X8.7 and history.xml is present and I'm able to browse to it.  You could possibly try and upgrade the VCS again to a newer version, which is recommended anyway.  Are there any entries in the search history for the xml file to even have, maybe it's not created yet on the VCS.

I should have been a bit more specific. I have an SX80 that we recently upgraded to get the Intelligent Proximity feature in one of our conference rooms to test. Up until the upgrade we were pulling the call history using history.xml, now the query just fails with a 404 error. Unfortunately 8.0.1 is the only 8.x code available for the sx80.

Could be an undocumented change between how TC and CE software behave, as a result the history.xml file is no longer valid.
