We have some 8510 MCUs, when you’re logged into one, and viewing active conferences, you can see a list of current participants, as well as participants who disconnected, along with how they disconnected. What I’ve seen related to the audio is the outdial to our third party voice conference supplier, with a disconnect message of “disconnected by MSE”. The third party voice conference supplier has confirmed that they don’t see the calls dropping from their side, and the drop must be coming from our end.
What causes the “disconnected by MSE” message, as this is something I've tried to research, but nothing obvious comes up?
