Allow access via IP address for audio bridge integration

I am looking at integrating a Thrid party audio bridge inot the Hosted VC environment and upon speaking with the vendor they can only dial inot our VC environment via IP address and therefore the would dial our video VMR via H323id@xx.xx.xx.xx

I have looked at the expressway and configured a specific dial rule to allow one of the meeting rooms at an exact match of H323ID@ipaddress however I am getting call failed.

I would like to create a rule so that if the incoming call matches the VMR rooms, the VCS expressway replaces the IPADDRESS with the SIP domain and then passes it through to the control unit

Hi Peter,

you can achieve the above with multiple ways. you can create search rule and choose below patamters:

pattern type: regex or exact (if you want exact search only)

pattern string: @ for exact match or use (.*) for wildcard match

Pattern behaviour: Replace

Replace string: \1@

source : Any

protocol: Any

target: vcs control

on succesfull match : stop

state: enabled.
