auto logout (fast - just a minute/few minutes) when login to VCS Expressway

Hi All,

We are encountering an issue on VCS Expressway wherein once we login to the VCS Expressway (Web GUI using Firefox), just a minute or a few minutes we will be automatically logout on the Web GUI of Expressway. Did you experience this kind of issue and may we know the reason and resolution for this case?

Hi Kiervin,

What expressway software you are using ?

Did you checked the session timeout value under the system-->administration ?  By default its 30 minutes. If you haven't changed it, then it could be possible that the security administrator is inspecting the traffic on port 443 and it is disconnecting the session. 

You can run a wireshark on PC and the Expressway to verify what is happening between the two.
