C-series TC5 log file report audio package of a ended conference?

Dear all,

 

The user reported the audio is missed during the 3 minutes video conference call. Since it is a C-series integrator, the cause may be related to AV equipment.

The logs name as eventlog/audio0.log, audio1.log and audio2.log can be downloaded from the endpoint.

Based on the log file of the endpoint, is it possible to find the number of transmitted audio package or prove the audio package is transmitted  normally?
