We are facing issue regarding C20 camera not rotating.we have boot the camera and upgrade the firmware and replaced the camera control cable but still the issue persist.we have taken the logs.
camera software version-7.0 version.
Please find the Xstatus and Xconfig logs.can you please revert back on priority basis.Ad
it might the camera is broken. if you try to rotate by your hand, it will be broken. this camera is sensitive.
if you have smartnet, proceed with replacement
