c20 inTouch losing IP of the codec?

Hi

We have a customer with over 20 c20's. They are normally kept on but we've noiced that a couple of them lose the address for the c20 when they have been powered down.

Is this a know issue? and is there any advice on what to do with this?

I could really do without our helpdesks having to taking them through re-pairing each time this happens!

Thanks

Rohan

This might happen because they receive a new IP address from the DHCP server after they get powered up again. It might be a good option to have them extend the lease time of the IP address.

Thanks for the reply.

Both the C20 & the inTouch are on static addresses so I don't think its that.

They remember their configured local IP addressed, but the inTouch forgets the manually inputed C20 IP from the pairing stage
