I have a C20 running TC7.1.3.db40e55 that is registered to CUCM 10.0. When I log into the C20 and configure auto answer to be on, it works as expected. The problem is that every time I reboot it that setting gets switched back to off. Am I doing something wrong?

When a device is registered to CUCM, you cant make changes in the webpage. If you do the setting get reverted when CUCM pushes the configuration down. You will have to make changes in CUCM ie. set Auto answer on the line.

I checked that, but A) I don't see auto answer options anywhere on the line config page, and B) according to this document the C20 would ignore them anyway.
