C20 Phantom Callers

Hi all,

Got a customer who wants to reject a certain number who keeps dialling into his conferences and when the unit is in standby.

He has informed me that this happens a lot - is there anyway to blacklist callers or to stop it dialling through please?

Sounds like the typical 100@ calls.

If its something like that disabling or blocking sip/5060 on the endpoint should help.

If its a call which goes through the call control it could/has to be blocked there.
