C20 unintentionaly factory reset

Hi all,

One of our customer says their C20 was reset to the factory default setting unintentionaly.

Is there any way to check whether this is intentional factory reset(by user) or not?

They insist that this is hardware failure.

Best Regards,

Kotaro Hashimoto

I don't believe that there is a way to tell if it has been intentionally reset or not, but I can foresee that it could be relatively easy for a user to do it with the power button while trying to turn it off and on if they managed to get the sequence correct

1)     Power off the device

2)     Hold power button for 10 seconds then release

3)     Press the power button again (within 5 seconds)
