C60 ISDN Link only first BRI port only works

I have been able to connect to all of my ISDN wall ports and make a video connection.

As long as I use the 1st port from left of ISDN Link the connection is good.

Using the 2nd Port no connection can be made.

I can use the 1st Port and any of my 4 ISDN wall ports and make a connection.

So my 4 ISDN numbers are good. And my 1st port on my ISDN Link is good.

The ISDN Link config settings:.. H320 Nettype: BRI, Bonding, Rebonding(on), timer(normal)

ISDN parallelDial(on).

The status xml attached.

My question is why is only the 1st ISDN Link port able to complete a connection?

My ISDN Link Status is here:

BRI

Interface1

layer2Alarm:

status:connect

type:BChannel

Hi Preston.

Can you please provide xconfig , xstatus for codec and ISDn link in text format ( capture from putty)

You can try factory reset to link to isolate any config issue . If link is on IL 1.0 then upgrade it to IL 1.1 and codec to TC 6.x.

If it is new install then it may be issue with service provider's ISDN configuration .

hth

Kind regards,

Dharmmesh
