Callway Support Discussion

Is there another forum to discuss support for Callway and problems?

When I just did a keyword search there was not much in this group on Callway.

Thoughts?

I am having big issues with getting PolyCom SIP units to stay on a MeetMe bridge for more than 11 minutes at a time.

I can get them to have a point to point call for a long time, but not to the bridge.

I have TAC / Callway Support working but I want to open it to a wider group.

Thoughts?

Short generic feedback about the issue.

This sounds like some generic NAT / Firewall traversal / Application Layer gateway / TCP- / SIP- Timer / ... related problem.

Is anything of that involved? Are the polycom systems registerd to a sip registrar and/or using a proxy or without?

Did you test it with the system on a public ip address?

Did you test with other public sip sites?

Any network / signaling traces / config info / drawings, ... available?

Maybe its more a question for a Polycom forum :-)
