Cannot add users after previous admin left on Tandberg TMS (12.6)

The last person responsible for the system, also the person that installed it, left.  Now when we add users to the security group in AD, and try to sync in provisioning in the TMS, it will not sync in the new users.  We figured out that it is because his AD account had be disabled.  If we enable his account, it works fine.  I have checked in the AD section under Networking on the TMS and it shows our service account, not his account.  Any idea where else his account might be hiding?
