We are facing some problem during configuring cisco collaboration edge. Please suggest me the solution regarding the message of the attachments of the snapshots.

Appears you don't have a Unified Communications Traversal Zone setup on the Expressway-C/E.   If you haven't done so already you should look over the MRA via Cisco Expressway Deployment Guide (X8.9).

The version we are using is x8.7. Can I follow the document for this version.

It is noted that, We have configured traversal zone both Exp-C/E.

According to your Expressway-C screenshot, you haven't setup a UC Traversal Zone, there is a difference between the UC Traversal Zone and just the standard Traversal Zone. Here are the Expressway Configuration Guides so you can use the guides that match your software version.
