Cisco CTS 1100 audio outputs

Hi Guys,

Any idea where can I select the audio outputs from the codec (i.e mono, stereo) ? Currently I am only getting audio from the "Green" output. Both speakers were tested working when connected to the "Green" output. When connected to the "Red" and "White" (left, right) outputs, I am not getting any audio.

Is this system setup in CUCM as 1000? That would explain you getting audio only on green port (center).

All CTS's by default are CTS 1000, then it changes once is added to CUCM (also you can do it from CLI).

CTS 1100 is same as CTS 1300. Left speaker -> white port, right speaker -> red port.
