Cisco ISDN Link with Radvision Scopia 5110

Hello,

i have a sx20 codec with ISDN Link, the sx20 ist registered to VCS Expressway Starter Pack.

I can use the ISDN Link to call another cisco or polycom ISDN endpoint, this is working.

When i try to call a remote Radvision Scopia 5110 it isn´t working. There is only a audio connection and no video.

Can someone tell me how I can solve the problem?

Perhaps it is an incompatibility issue between the SX20 and the Radvision and not anything to do with the ISDN link.

I know there are some issues with the codec negotiations with some of the older versions of firmware on the SX20... which firmware version are you running?  I'd recommend that you upgrade to TC6.2.1 if possible as this has resolved a number of these types of issues for us.
