Cisco Jabber for Telepresence 4.7.4

All,

We had 4.6.3 as latest release working on X7.1 with TMS 14.

Now we've tried to upgrade several types of Windows 7 Clients  (Fujistu Siemens P770/P771 and Lenovo X230, T430 Notebooks) to actual Rel. 4.7.

NONE was working. Sign In is all fine, Setting up a call is fine.

but we encounter issues to receive audio and Video.

Audio gets received partially, Video never!

downgrade (with loosing all former favorites and so on) to 4.6.3

is successful.

Any idea?, did i miss something in the Rel. Notes?

Kind regards

Hans

Sorry, my fault.

Hi Hans,

Is you issue with incoming video, or the outgoing?

Bug CSCuf34508 is probably more relevant - talks about no video on a Lenovo T430 - although says that it is fixed in 4.7.

Does the camera work in the Setings screen?  Does it show you in self-vew?  Does it show you in self-view in a call?

I have an HP ProBook 6560b here - in the settings, it shows a blank image, in selv-view (out of a call) it doesn't show the camera - but the camera works when in a call (and so does in-call selfview).  It did this with 4.6 as well.
