Cisco Partner

Is there a Cisco Partner in Cornwall/Devon area which could help with getting the software upgrade for a Tandberg C40 and also help in maintaining the equipment and or system settings?

The equipment was installed by Direct Visuals but they were takne over by Logicalis.

Tried contacting Logicalis, they have said on a couple of occasions they would phone back but haven't done so.
