I have installed a Cisco Spark kit plus and on my self view or far end view I can see lights flickering what would be the issue

Hello Dominic,
what do you mean with the lights flickering? Could you explain it more detailed? If you mean the Background of the camera is flickering? Does that also happen with natural light?
If it just happens with artifical lights check the if the Powerline Frequency Settings in the camera sections are correct

You're probably hitting bug CSCvh10504. Upgrade to CE9.2.4 or 9.3.0 minimum, if the issue still remains recommend opening a TAC case.

Have you tried setting the PowerLine Frequency to match that in your area (rather than leaving it set at the default "Auto" setting)? We have to force many of ours to 50Hz here to prevent the flickering, especially from fluorescent lighting.

We have done it all 60,50, Auto no progress the only one thing we observed is if the codec goes in standby & then revoke we get the flickering in the background
