Cisco SX-20 TP

Dear Team,

I am using cisco sx-20 TP, i am able to receive the incoming calls but not able to initiate the out going calls from the device.

Also if you could provide which old VC systems are compatible with Cisco SX20.

Please always describe details of your deployment and network setup.

Like if/which call control is used, how the network/firewall looks like, which software version is used, what you tried to dial.

Thx SX20 is based on the TC Software version.
