CISCO SX 20

I get no picture on my main display.  The power button is a constant red light, and does not seem to ever go out even if you unplug the unit from the wall.  What is the power light supposed to be...green or red?

Under normal circumstances,

Under normal circumstances, the power ring on the SX20 should be white.

If it's constantly showing red, then you could try to Factory Reset the device, otherwise, you should contact TAC to organise a replacement.
